The Ministry

World Missions Support Fellowship is a christian ministry conceived by a group of believers from different denominational backgrounds, involved in evangelistic work and with a passion for the mission fields, united with a committment to aid the futherance of missionary activity going on around the world (especially) with prayer, material resources and in every other way within our capacity.

We believe that the preaching of the gospel is a matter of life and death and that the gospel must be preached even in the most remote and religiously inaccessible locations on the surface of the earth because it is God's power giving salvation to all that believe.

We acknowledge our brethren who labour preaching on the harvest fields of the earth, many working dauntlessly in severe hardship, persecution or peril, as well as, the fruit of their labour - converts and church congregations in places where there is no education, no church buildings or where there is restriction on religious freedom; believers sprouting and growing in places where people die daily in terrifying numbers out of destitution. But much more than acknowledge and praise God for them, we want to support them with our love and care.

World Missions Support Fellowship(WMSF) is made up of cells and subgroups holding meetings and prayer in different geographical locations.

We also invite as many as share this burden to join and support our mission.

Our Motivational Scriptures:
Matt. 24:14;  Act. 1: 8;  Rom 10:14 -15;  II Cor. 9: 8-15 (LB) I Thes.5:25;  I Cor.12: 28;  Ezek. 22: 30-31;  Is. 62: 6-7 (LB);  Matt. 9:38.

The vision

Our vision is to form a formidable non-denominational network that will support missionaries and mission work with prayer, fund, materials and love towards the achievement of the ultimate purpose of evangelizing the whole people groups in the world.

The scope of the network is every nation and every people group in the world.

Our Objectives

  1. To stand in the gap (intercede) for missions every day of the week and ultimately every hour of the day throughout each year.
  2. To readily supply material needs (e.g. Bibles, clothing, food ingredients, toiletries, bicycle, motorcycle, etc.) of the missionaries and converts at the fields (as the case may be) for growth of the mission work.
  3. To readily support mission work financially.
  4. To give more and stronger support to any missionary (ies) or mission agency penetrating into a fresh (un-evangelized) field or people group in the world.
  5. To visit mission fields periodically to share the love of Christ with the missionaries and converts.

our statement of faith

    (Adopted from NEMA)
  1. The Holy Bible which is the fully and uniquely inspired Word of God is the only infallible, sufficient and authoritative act of faith and rule of practice (2 Tim. 3:16-17; 2 Peter1:21).
  2. One God eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit (Matthew28:19; 1 John 5:7; John 1:1).
  3. The deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, His sinless life and vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, His bodily resurrection, His ascension, His mediatorial intercession and His personal return in power and glory. He is the Saviour of mankind. (Matt. 1:18-24; Mark 10:45; Heb. 7:25-26; 1 Peter 3:18; Luke 24:6,51; Acts 1:9; 1 Thess. 4:16-17; Acts 24;15; 1Tim. 2:5-6).
  4. The salvation of lost and sinful men through regeneration by the Holy Spirit. Salvation is by grace through faith (John 1:12-13; 3:16 ; Romans 3:24-26; Acts 13:39).
  5. The indwelling of the believer by the Holy Spirit enabling the Christian to live a godly life(1Peter1:2; Acts 2:1-4; Rom 8:11; 1Cor. 3:16; 12:1-11).
  6. The resurrection of both the saved and the lost; they that are saved unto the resurrection of life, and the lost unto damnation (1 Thess. 4:16-17; Acts 4:16 -17; 24:15; Matt.25:1-46; John5:29).
  7. The spiritual unity of all believers in our Lord Jesus Christ who comprise the Church- the body of Christ and the purity of the Church which precludes compromise with theological liberalism and inclusivism (1 John 2:15-17; 2 Cor. 6:14-18; Romans 12:1-2; Eph. 4:3-6).
  8. The personal existence of Satan whose intent is to supplant God and frustrate His purpose, and whose ultimate end is consignment to eternal punishment (Matt. 4:3-11; Rev.20:10).
  9. The doctrine of missions. It is incumbent upon every believer to do his utmost to win the lost (Matt. 28:19-20; Mark 16:15 ; Luke 24:47; John 20-21; Acts 1:8; 1Pet.2:9).
